I was very unhappy when he was elected, but he has been a lot better than expected because he doesn't give a shit what other Democrats want and acts like his own man.

For example, the horrible CA parole board has been attempting to release various brutal murderers because they've "reformed", and Brown has smacked some of those down and overruled them.

There are a lot of horrible liberal politicians in California, but we could do much worse than Jerry Brown.

But I gotta admit it would be cool to just jump on a paddleboat when you want to visit your neighbor.
