I am looking forward to Do Santos vs Mir but the rest of the main has the opportunity to be complete shit whereas the prelims are going to be barnburners imo.
I am looking forward to Do Santos vs Mir but the rest of the main has the opportunity to be complete shit whereas the prelims are going to be barnburners imo.

I've been running good on the last bunch of mma events, but there ain't a whole lot I like here at all. I think Bang beats Hardy almost every time, and I'd normally love Lavar Johnson as an underdog against Struve, but the 3 weeks between fights scares me. Only good thing is he's not a guy who has to cut weight, I guess.
I kinda hope CB Dollaway chokes out Mayhem. Feel weird saying that. And in the facebook fights, that Glover Texiera dude is supposed to be a monster.
Also, Edson BArboza is god, obv.
But we got 3 fights that are near +400 or better. You gotta think one of them will come in just because that's how it seems to go, right? Like, Junior punches Mir and breaks a hand badly right out of the gate, or Varner gets the kick timing down somehow and lands the lands a counter behind edson's ear or some shit...
Should be a lot of fun.
Interesting side note: this happened last night/this morning:

Ms Lopez is better known by her stage name, Celeste.
Junior's only loss came early in his career, @ five years ago. Joaquim Ferreira (who dos Santos beat earlier), made quick work of Junior.
Frank Mir will face a much improved UFC Champ. Anyone think Mir will do this tonight? Tempting price on Mir.
I'm pretty excited about the Bigfoot Silva fight. I wouldn't be shocked if he pulled off a victory, he's a tough customer.
Anywho wheres da streams?
huge thank you to the UFC for not putting the prelims on Fuel this time
Horrible fight for Mayhem. He won the standup but couldn't stop the takedowns and got wrestlefucked. Fucking replay of his fight with Jake Shields.
Wow what a comeback from Varner, those leg kicks were brutal.
I'm shocked to see Barboza get served liked that. Good job for Varner but only time will tell if he's really back or just a one trick pony.
Damn Texeira looks like a beast and a humble guy to boot. I want to see him fight Brian Stann if they can get Stann back to 205
Mir is 5.2-1 which is insane imo. 40 bucks to make 208. I would also put 40 on Bigfoot at 4.3-1.
Mir by decision isn't too far out there.
Soccer is on all of the streams I try, someone hit me with the real deal please
Barboza is a great fighter but so is Varner. He's already shown he's no one trick pony.
He just revealed the blueprint on how to defeat Jose Aldo (one division below) but you have to have concrete thighs and hit like Jaime Varner.
Barboza will have a great career but I was very happy for Varner.
