France's second tragedy: Airport still using Windows 3.1

The system crashed, and the airport was crippled.

The takeoff and landing software runs on Windows 3.1 -- one of the last known systems to be using that 23-year-old OS. (It's not even a real OS, as it ran on top of DOS!)
