In case anyone is wondering about the jsearles pics, it went like this:
Originally, I didn't allow those pics to be posted.
After he welched the $500 bet against vegas1369, I allowed the pics of jsearles to be posted on this forum, under the basic rule of not protecting scammers.
People then started posting pics of his wife, which I said was unacceptable here (and still is).
jsearles was also banned for a long time because he kept trolling everyone about the $500, rubbing it in everyone's faces and pretending he was willing to do arbitration about it (when he really wasn't).
Finally, after the mass-unbanning in 2014, I agreed to let jsearles come back. However, any pictures of him are fair game, as I think that's the very least consequence he can suffer for the $500 fiasco. Besides, he has always made his name public anyway, as J. Searles is his actual name.
He has also since posted several videos and pics of himself here.
So that's where it stands. As long as the pictures are only of jsearles, they are fair game here.
