Did Druff get 86d from a Vegas Casino and kept it silent???

So Dan.. Do share.. Im shocked.. I believe your story actually but the whole Dan Druff 7 Stars member getting 86d from a Casino property made me do a Double take.. Below is Dan's original posting on his sister forum VCT.. Guessing it was MGM possibly maybe Cosmo.. Cant see him caring about Stations banhammering him or some POS rinky dink operation even if it was Boyd.. Another reason to suspect it was an MGM property is the previous rumor of an MGM CET merger which could seriously fuck Druff if it happens and this 86 did occur could screw with his CET issues and even the WSOP..

I realize it's up to each casino's discretion, regarding who is allowed in property, so I'm probably fucked.

Separately, I earned some points which never got to be used, and I plan to file a complaint with gaming to at least get the value of those points paid to me. (Dancer just did the same thing recently after he got banned.)

Questions:

1) Is there anything further I can do at this point, or am I completely fucked regarding reversing the ban? Again, this ban was NOT due to AP play, and it was due to some error where they believe I did something that I didn't. I just need someone willing to take a short time to investigate a little further.

2) Do any of you have experience going to gaming and claiming points which were confiscated after a ban?


I will not reveal the property at this time, even if you guys guess it correctly. I will reveal it publicly around the same time I file my gaming complaint.

I will only go as far to say that it was NOT at a Caesars property, where I remain in good standing.

Yes, something did happen, and I am currently banned from a certain property in Vegas. All I'll reveal right now is that it's NOT a Caesars property.

There was no incident at this casino. I did not have any contact with security. I did not argue with any employees. I did not argue with any other customers. There was zero disturbance of any kind.

Furthermore, I was not banned for any gaming-related reason.

I was banned for a strange thing which I didn't do. It must have been a case of mistaken identity or something.

I would not have a legal case to reinstate myself, because casinos can ban me at any time for any reason (other than federally protected discrimination, which this isn't.)

Therefore, I am at the casino's mercy as to whether or not I will be unbanned -- which looks quite unlikely at this point, even though I could prove I didn't do what I was accused of doing, if they gave me a chance. However, it doesn't look like they're interested in listening to me anymore.

I will reveal all once I file my complaint with Nevada Gaming in order to get my points back.

Not voluntarily, but believe it or not, Nevada has a state law requiring casinos to cash out people's accumulated points if they get banned (unless the points were earned via cheating).

This is due to the fact that accumulated points are considered part of the players' "winnings". Players are NOT entitled to redeem future offers, but anything they've accumulated in a point bank needs to be cashed out in some way.

Not voluntarily, but believe it or not, Nevada has a state law requiring casinos to cash out people's accumulated points if they get banned (unless the points were earned via cheating).

I'm not sure what point you're trying to make here. What you're saying above would seem to support what I said.

BTW it is legal to have points expire. Players just need to be able to redeem them without hindrance, and to have proper knowledge of the expiration date.

I not sure what Druff said on the radio show about what exactly he was banned for.

But if he was banned from Bellagio or any of MGM Resorts properties they usually ban you from ALL their casinos.

I think some female player thought some guy stole or harassed her and she called security and the person that she identified looked exactly like Todd Witteles.

They told Druff he was banned for:

- promoting an illegal crypto currency gambling website out of Nevada. (marine mammal hat tipped off security)

or

- flying a drone over the gaming floor

or

- sitting at video poker machine with $0 for over 9 hours while talking on the phone to some girl he recently met on the internet

or

- shitting into his hand and casually rubbing it all over his favorite VP machine before his dinner break - then, later that night - after his session - convincing the front desk to give him a free room because of the dried shit he got under his finger nails from playing on their VP machines.

Real reason is they confused Todd for someone else. But before they figured out they were wrong, they did a little googling and realized there's no good reason for them to do any business with Todd (even if he's been falsely accused of taking a shit on the $50 9/6 JOB machine and mashing it into the bill acceptor). The most recent radiodcast will probably make them feel good about their decision. (not trying to hate on Todd here)

I am going to guess the Cosmo as they are a stand alone property and have a long track record of flexing their muscles for absolutely nothing. Their security is like Paul Blart Mall Cop on steroids.
