Guy who attempted to rob Bellagio in May pleads guilty

This is the idiot who tried to rob the blackjack area with pepper spray, and failed miserably.

The ringleader (Carlos Rodriguez of North Hollywood, CA) and the other accomplice are still at large.

Pretty amazing that Rodriguez has evaded capture for this long.

Do you think that they would put much energy in looking for him?? He didn't physically participate, and it's just one man's word to another. I suspect it would be very hard to get him convicted. (for that matter, they may have already questioned and released him)

No, I believe they have a fair amount of evidence of him being the ringleader of the scheme, but they just can't seem to find him.
