And even if Michael Brown deserved to get shot, his death and the subsequent attention on the Ferguson police to use aggressive ticketing of the urban poor as a way to substantially fund their budgets was an eye opening on how local municipalities can financially prey on people within their communities who have no usual recourse for auch abuses. And you’d think that “Small towns use speed traps to help fund their budgets”-Druff would relate to such abusive and predatory policing activity.
