Heard a kind of funny side anecdote about this story on Dan Lebatard show today. They had an event over the weekend in Miami called the Hip Hop Fest which I guess was plagued by a bunch of violence last year. Supposedly the politicians and the police chief doubled-up on patrols and said they didn't want any negative headlines coming out of Miami this weekend that would affect tourism because they thought the negative press hurt them after the event last year, and the police were all over this festival heavy, and then a guy goes and chews off another guy's face on the other side of town and Miami gets splashed all over the international news again with this crazy fucker.
